Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with aluminum foil.

2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking pan.

3. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, capers, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well-combined.

4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the salmon fillets.

5. Dot the butter on top of the cream cheese mixture and place the baking pan in the oven.

6. Bake the salmon for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

8. Divide the cooked cauliflower rice into four bowls, and top with a salmon fillet and the desired amount of baby spinach and avocado.
