-1/2 tsp. of cumin

-2-3 TBSP of olive oil

Instructions

1. Begin by prepping all of your ingredients. Shred the cabbage and dice the bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes. Peel and devein the shrimp.

2. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add 2-3 TBSP of olive oil to the pan and allow it to heat.

3. Once the pan is hot, add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

4. Add the garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper and stir everything together.

5. Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, and shrimp to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
