Spicy Thai Keto Stirfry

Up your stir-fry game with this classic Thai-style Keto Stirfry! Full of intense flavours and aromas, this quick and easy stir-fry uses minimal ingredients but offers up big flavour. Simply marinate your proteins with soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice and then quickly cook it up with a pan-full of your favourite vegetables and a few chillies thrown in for an extra kick. It’s the perfect accompaniment to your other keto-friendly sides, or just enjoy it as a meal by itself.

When it comes to Asian-style stir-fries, this spicy Thai Keto Stir-Fry is definitely worth the effort. With the combination of spicy, salty and sweet flavours, this stir-fry packs a punch! Serve it with some clamshell-shaped rice, or just with some cooked greens on the side. Trust us, you’ll be bowled over with the results!

Ingredients:

– 1 lb of your favorite protein, diced into bite-sized pieces (Shrimp, chicken, beef, etc.)

– 2 tablespoons of oil (coconut, peanut, or even sesame oil)
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
– 2 tablespoons of lime juice
– 1 red chilly, sliced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
– 2 cups of your favorite vegetables, diced (bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchinis, carrots, etc.)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, chilly, garlic and sesame seeds until combined.

2. Add the diced protein and mix into the marinade until evenly covered. Let marinade for at least 15 minutes.

3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

4. Add the marinated protein and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until the protein is cooked through.

5. Add the diced vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are lightly cooked and tender.

6. Serve the stir-fry immediately with your favorite sides such as cauliflower fried rice, cooked greens or clamshell-shaped rice. Enjoy!
