Spicy Keto Chili Bowls

• 1 lb ground beef

• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
• 1 bell pepper, seeded and diced

• 1 tablespoon chili powder

• 1 teaspoon cumin

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 teaspoon oregano

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

• 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
• Shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)


1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic, onion, and jalapeño pepper to the pot and sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned, about 8 minutes.

4. Add the diced tomatoes, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and salt and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Add the black beans and tomato paste and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
