Savory Spinach Crust Pie

Ingredients:

-1 cup of all-purpose flour

-¼ teaspoon of salt

-½ cup of unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces

-¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, grated

-½ cup of spinach, finely chopped

-2 tablespoons of ice cold water

-1 cup of ricotta cheese

-2 eggs, beaten

-2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, grated

-½ cup of spinach, finely chopped

-1 teaspoon of Italian herbs

-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and generously butter a 9-inch pie pan.
