Savory Keto Swirls
• ¾ cup almond flour
• 3 tablespoons coconut flour
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
• ¾ cup of avocado oil
1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
2. Add in the chopped herbs and mix everything together until it forms a dough.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin spiral shape. The dough should be no more than ¼ inch thick.
5. Place the spirals on the parchment lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
