This recipe for Queso con chile rojo requires the following ingredients:

-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 cup diced white onion
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
-1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
-1 (4-ounce) can roasted diced chiles

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
