Keto Brussel Sprouts with bacon – Ninja Airfryer

I didn’t think I would like these brussel sprouts so much. We are always looking for good keto sides to go with our meat. These are perfect if done right.

We use the Ninja Airfryer grill for this recipe. It’s super easy to make both the bacon and brussel sprouts. Leaving them perfectly crispy and delicious.

    Step 1

    First we prepare the bacon and preheat the Airfryer to 360 degrees for 6 to 7 mins. Depending on how crispy you like them.

    Step 2

    Add the bacon, and while that's cooking prepare the brussel sprouts. Cut the end off if they aren't already and you can half them or cook them whole. I have done both and they are still delicious.

    Step 3

    Mix the brussel sprouts in olive oil or avocado oil. This will help the outsides crisp.

    Step 4

    Once the bacon is cooked preheat the airfryer to 390 degrees. You can cook these in the bacon grease. Set for 15 mins.

    Step 5

    Once it's preheated add the brussel sprouts and add seasoning. I like Garlic salt and Red Pepper.

    Step 6

    Every 5 mins flip the sprouts, and add a pinch more seasoning each time.

    Step 7

    While they are cooking chop the bacon into bits.

    Step 8

    Pull them out and combine melted butter, balsamiq reduction, and the bacon bits.

    Conclusion

    These are super delicious and of course Keto friendly.
