Creamy cauliflower mash is a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional mashed potatoes. Made with cauliflower instead of potatoes, this recipe offers a low-carb and low-calorie option that’s perfect for those looking for a healthier side dish.

To make the dish, cauliflower is boiled until it’s tender, then pureed in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Butter, cream, garlic, and parmesan cheese are then added to the puree, giving it a rich and indulgent flavor. The result is a creamy and savory side dish that pairs well with a variety of proteins and vegetables.

Ingredients

Cauliflower Mash

    Directions

We use a blender but you can use a food processor to blend the ingredients.

    Step 1

Take cauliflower rice or cauliflower that has been boiled and put in the blender

    Step 2

Add 1 1/2 cup of sour cream to the blender, bled for 1 min

    Step 3

Add all the cheese to the blender, blend for 1 min

    Step 4

Finally add the butter, milk and garlic butter and blend for additional 5 mins or until everything looks creamy

    Step 5

Finally warm up the mixture either on the stove or in the microwave. Add some more butter to that stage as well.

    Conclusion

Keto is all about the fat intake so adding extra butter is preferred.
