• 2 cups almond flour
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup warm water


• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 cup peppers, diced
• 1/4 cup olives, sliced
• Parsley, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, psyllium husk powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
3. Add 2 Tablespoons olive oil and warm water. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
4. On a cast iron skillet or baking sheet, spread out the dough into a circle about 12 inches in diameter.
5. Bake the crust in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove and set aside.
6. Heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
7. Spread tomato sauce over the crust.
8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and olives.
