What You’ll Need:

-6 eggs

-½ cup of diced bell peppers

-½ cup of diced onions

-¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese

-3 cloves of garlic, minced

-2 tablespoons of olive oil

-1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

-½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes

-Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

3. Cook the vegetables for 8-10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.

5. Once the vegetables are done, pour the egg and cheese mixture into the skillet and make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

6. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is golden brown.

7. Once done, let the frittata cool for 5 minutes before serving.
