Ingredients:
-1 lb ground beef
-1 small onion, chopped
-1 red pepper, chopped
-1 can black beans, drained
-1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
-1 packet of chili seasoning
-1 teaspoon of chili powder
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
-1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
-4 tablespoons of heavy cream
-2 tablespoons of sour cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch pie dish by lightly oiling or spritzing with cooking spray.
2. Heat up a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and ground beef. Break up the ground beef and cook for about 6-7 minutes, stirring often, until it is browned.
