– 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
– 1 lb Dark-Meat Turkey Sausage
– 2 Green Bell Peppers, halved and seeded
– 2 Red Bell Peppers, halved and seeded
– ½ Cup Red Onion, diced
– 2 cloves Garlic, minced
– 1 tsp Dried Oregano
– 1 tsp Dried Basil
– 1 tsp Salt
– ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
– ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey sausage, breaking it up into small pieces with a spoon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until sausage is browned and cooked through.
