Ingredients
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons oregano
1 large sweet onion, diced
2 pounds ground lamb
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, onion, and oregano to the pot and sauté until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground lamb to the pot and breaking it up with a wooden spoon until it’s fully cooked through.
