Keto Crispy Bacon Frittata

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter

1 pound bacon, diced

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup cream

8 eggs

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking dish with butter.

2. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crisp. Set aside.

3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onions over medium heat until softened. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.

4. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream and eggs. Add the bacon, onion-garlic mixture, cheese, parsley, pepper, and salt.

5. Pour egg mixture into the greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown.

6. Allow the frittata to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into wedges. Serve hot. Enjoy!
