2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 cup tomato paste

1/4 cup grass-fed butter

1/4 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes.

2. Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes total.

4. Add the heavy cream and tomato paste and bring the mixture to a simmer.

5. Reduce heat to low and add the butter and Greek yogurt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve with basmati rice, naan bread, or your favorite vegetables.
