– 6 ounces of bacon strips
– 12 ounces of whole mushrooms, rinsed and patted dry
– 4 ounces of grated cheese mix
– 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, minced
– ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil.
2. Place the bacon strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flipping the strips half-way through. Once the bacon is crisp and cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool on a paper towel-lined plate.
