Asparagus is one of those delightful vegetables that can be prepared in a variety of ways. While some people like to steam it, I find that baking it with a layer of crunchy, golden-brown Parmesan cheese makes for a much more exciting side dish.

This recipe for Crispy Parmesan Asparagus is a wonderful way to add a great flavor and texture to asparagus. It is perfect for dinner parties or to add more zing to your usual asparagus-laden side dishes.
