Crispy Keto Salmon Cakes

-1 Canned Salmon (6 oz)
-1 Large Egg
-1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
-1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
-1/3 Cup Almond Flour

-1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
-1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
-1/4 Cup Olive Oil


1. Start by draining the canned salmon and breaking it up in a medium-sized bowl with a fork.

2. Add the egg, onion, parsley, almond flour, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to the salmon. Mix together until well combined.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Once the oil is hot, use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to drop a few spoonfuls of the salmon mixture into the skillet.

5. Press down lightly on each spoonful of salmon mixture to form a patty.

6. Fry each patty for approximately 4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.

7. Remove the patties from the skillet and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels.

8. Allow them to cool and serve with your favorite Asian-inspired dipping sauce. Enjoy!
