– 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1/2 cup grated cheese
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– 2 large eggs
– 2-3 tbsp olive oil
