Ingredients

2 large bunches of Kale, torn into bite-size pieces

1/2 cup crumbled Bacon

1/4 cup pitted Kalamata Olives

2 tablespoons Capers

2 cloves of Garlic, minced

3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 teaspoon Herbs de Provence

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
