Homemade Bacon-Wrapped Cheese-Stuffed Peppers

Homemade Bacon-Wrapped Cheese-Stuffed Peppers are a delicious treat that make an excellent combination of savory and spicy flavors. Bacon and cheese are a classic combination, and the peppers give the dish a subtle kick. This appetizer can also be served as an entrée, and it’s sure to be a hit with your friends and family. This is a great dish to whip up if you’re in a hurry, as it doesn’t take long to prepare. All it takes is a little bacon, some cheese, peppers, and an oven. Once you have everything ready, it’s time to get cooking!

First, you’ll want to start by pre-heating your oven to 375 degrees F. Wash and dry your peppers, and then cut them in half lengthwise, removing the top and the stem. Discard these parts and scoop out the seeds. Then grab your favorite shredded cheese blend and fill each pepper to the brim. Once the peppers are filled, take a few pieces of bacon and wrap them around the peppers to secure the cheese in place.

Once the peppers are prepped and ready to go, it’s time to start baking. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the peppers on the sheet. Place the sheet in the pre-heated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. You’ll want to check them every 5 minutes to make sure they are not burning. Once they are slightly golden brown and the cheese is melted, take them from the oven.

Serve the bacon-wrapped cheese-stuffed peppers with your favorite dipping sauce. We recommend trying some ranch or honey-mustard. You can also add a few extra pieces of bacon for decoration and flavor. Enjoy your delicious homemade peppers and their rich flavor.
